Having a child to clean his room
Had extensive experience with getting a child to clean his room. Each child is different and what works for one will not work with another. Some children do not need help in this area, this article is written for those who do. Rewards and punishments work for some children but not for others. Some children look at a messy room and have no idea how to start cleaning. For children who are completely overwhelmed, here are some ideas to help.
Breaking the different work areas. For example, your child has all the books in the room. When this is done, have all the clothes in a pile. Break through the clutter clutter little help to make work more manageable.
Make a cleaning kit. Set a time limit for different items and see that you can clear the fastest. Note the time and find out what items were the easiest to clean.
