Classic toys never go out of fashion
Who has not heard the old saying…. When I was young? Times have changed and so in May our children toys to have fun. Video games now dot the landscape with violence and virtual worlds for our children enjoy. But something changed in this new era, the availability of classic toys.
With the Internet, it is now possible to find toys your grandfather or father grew up playing. These toys never go out of fashion. Take, look at the history of one of these toys: AC Gilbert Erector Set was a remarkable man.
At the time of his death in 1962, was recognized for 150 patents for inventions, they went to their products. In fact, as a boy he was a talented magician and, with the talent that helped him money to study at Yale Medical School.

Set the tray. In 1911 on one of many of his journey by train from New Haven (home) to New York, stared out the window as workers set up and riveted the steel beams of electric power line tower. Decided to create a set for the structure of children, with evenly spaced holes for bolts to go and has entered the nuts, pulleys, gears and eventually the engines.
Although a British company called Meccano sell similar toys, Gilbert, with his set of such will be more realistic. His set has more technical advantages, especially the steel beams that were not flat, but were bent lengthwise to produce at an angle of ninety degrees, four of them joined together from side to side, creating a solid, square support beams. Backed by the first serious campaign of American toys, Gilbert began to sell Mysto Erector Structural Steel Builder in 1913 (later known simply as feeder set 
and the toys became one of the most popular construction toys all the time.
It was not unusual for stores around the country is full of small skyscrapers and buildings that young minds had carefully constructed. It is estimated that the AC Gilbert Company sold over 30 million sets.
